"My objective as a senior when joining OT Fitness was to get in shape for a sailing expedition in Antarctica.  I had a year to prepare, and they did not disappoint!  I got assigned to Richard as my trainer who was experienced in working with my age group. Richard had a lot of tricks and tips in his toolbox.  I never felt any stress, unwarranted fatigue, or inadequacy.  Progress was evident according to my peers, and to me, it was palpable.
