Building bone density is defined by the term Wolff's Law, which states: as force is applied to bone, the bone will deform and reform to accommodate the force. Thus, stronger bone. FACT – Metabolism of fat produces energy. So with that in mind, if you can metabolize the fat (to produce energy) you lose fat and boost energy. It is the most amazing thing about our bodies.
